CANCELLATION

For new and established patients, please give us the courtesy of a 12-hour notice if you need to cancel.

New patients will be asked to put down a deposit to hold their slot in our office. This will come up as a “hold” on your credit or debit card. This deposit is returned to you if you cancel within a 12-hour period. If you come in, the $45 will be applied to you account as a credit.

We understand that emergencies will happen and will try to be accomodating. If an emergency does occur, please contact us immediately before your appointment. For a follow up visit, a no-show fee of $50 will be assessed if you do not cancel within the 12-hour period. 

Please consider that new patients will be given up to 45-minutes of time. Please schedule your consultation and evaluation if you intend to keep it.

INSURANCE

If you want to use your insurance coverage, our policy is to confirm your insurance benefits in advance of your visit, because we know how confusing insurance information can be. We need ample time to do this. We will take the time to call your insurance for you to verify. If you choose to verify the insurance yourself, our policy is to verify what your insurance said as a double confirmation. We do this over the phone and it can take us some considerable time. We ask that you preferably furnish your insurance information BEFORE your treatment. If we cannot verify your insurance before your visit, you may be asked to pay for the visit in full, until the time we can speak with, verify, and confirm that your insurance does or does not cover for acupuncture services. When you are arriving for your visit, please bring your insurance card and a form of picture id to be photocopied at your next visit.

APPOINTMENT

We do our best to be on time, we ask that you be on time too. Please come 5-minutes earlier so we can see you at your appointed time. 

Missed appointment fee: If you fail to call to inform us of your cancellation policy, we have the right to charge you for the time and a $50 fee may be assessed on your account.

If you are running late, please call us, we will do our best to fit you in and avoid any late fees.

ACCESSIBILITY

We have a handicapped spot reserved for those with handicapped stickers. Please call us for details. Note: There are two small staircases leading to our office from the handicapped spot. Our office is NOT wheelchair accessible. Sorry. 

DISCOUNTS

We offer discounted packages for cash rates. We can make a determination of what your needs after a consultation and consideration of your health concerns.
